It is an ideal area for lounging, having morning coffee, or evening cocktails while watching the sunset. Modeled after a nautical boathouse, this home provides five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a powder room, two primary suites, a junior suite, a garret suite with spectacular ocean views from all front bedrooms, and sleeps ten comfortably. A bunk bedroom with custom-made stairs, a large flat-screen TV, and two full beds is perfect for watchful parents or small children. Chef's kitchen with large soapstone island handcrafted live edge dining room table for ten people, five-burner gas stove, and all stainless appliances. Two of the primary suites are designed to offer an ocean view, large soaking tubs, gorgeous tiled showers, and comfortable decor. The clean, nautical style creates an ambiance of relaxation and tranquility throughout the home. The central AC will keep the house cool while you head out onto one of the four balconies to take in the unobstructed OCEAN VIEWS. Sit back with a cold one and a long-awaited book while you stream some tunes over WiFi, your personal device, or on the Bluetooth provided at home. There is a small alcove with a desk to create a private work area if needed, and it doesn't hurt that this area also has ocean views.

Tanger outlets, which are tax-free, are located just 2 miles from the house. Or head to Jungle Jim's amusement park for water slides or sunbathing. There is so much to do in a small little town!

THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents from Friday to Friday in the prime season. No smoking and no pets! We also rent the home next door for a larger family. We rent to family groups, but if you need us to accommodate a group, an agent will call for details related to your group. We want to accommodate everyone but respect our neighbors and small community. This is not a party house. There are exterior cameras for security only.

Summary: This is the closest house in north Rehoboth to the beach and boardwalk. You walk across the street to the beach entrance and across the street to the boardwalk. House is spacious with 4 decks to overlook the ocean. Very clean with new amentities.

Summary: We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable for 2 families of 5. We enjoyed the view and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. The location is also perfect! Summary: I can’t believe I found this last minute ocean front beach beauty through VRBO. When it popped up I had to have it. I started out only looking for a few days to get away but ended up inviting family to this 5 bedroom oceanfront. Although I had an accident and couldn’t make the trip my son and grandsons were texting me every day and sending pictures. They said it was awesome. We hope we can do it again next year. Summary: Having never been to Rehoboth, I didn't know what to expect. This location is PERFECT. Easily and safely walkable to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The beach is less crowded on this end. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed. Communication with the agency was awesome- they were always quick to respond to questions as I planned our last-minute trip. We will always look to return to this property when we return to the area.

Summary: We had a great week there for my 40th birthday! Views of the beach right from the house, and very walkable to the boardwalk and lots of fun shops and restaurants. The part of the beach nearby was a lot quieter than the part down by Rehoboth Avenue.
